Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.

- Securely package the item and send it to the address provided by our support team.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to:

- A defective product
- An incorrect item sent by us
OnCareful will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- No longer wanting the product
the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are:
