At OnCareful, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • Northern Ireland: 4–8 business days

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, bank holidays, or due to courier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

From time to time, we may offer Free UK Delivery on selected products or promotional campaigns.


Furniture Delivery

As many of our products are large furniture items, deliveries are made by specialist furniture couriers.

Some products may arrive in multiple packages and could be delivered separately.

Assembly may be required unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Delivery Appointments

For large furniture deliveries, our delivery partner may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.


Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • No one is available to receive the parcel

  • An incorrect delivery address was provided

  • Access to the property is restricted

additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or if any parts are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will work quickly to provide a replacement, replacement parts, or another suitable solution.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information whenever available.

If you have not received your tracking details, please contact our customer support team.


Delivery Restrictions

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.


Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Courier delays

  • High seasonal demand
